If you purchased your subscription from the Apple App Store
- Open Subscriptions on your mobile device
- Tap Splice
- Tap Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial. If there is no Cancel button, or if you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled
⚠️ We recommend unsubscribing at least 24 hours before your subscription expires. We can’t cancel your subscription on your behalf, as Apple manages subscriptions and payments directly.
👉 Alternative payment method
If you use iOS and started a subscription in-app using an alternative payment method
- Update the app to the latest available version in the App Store
- On the main screen, tap the Menu icon in the top right corner
- Tap Manage Subscription > then tap Unsubscribe
- Tap Yes, cancel subscription on the confirmation pop-up that appears

If you purchased your subscription from the Google Play Store
- Go to your subscriptions in Google Play
- Select the subscription you want to cancel
- Tap Cancel subscription
- Follow the instructions listed on the page
