If you purchased a plan using the App Store payment method, we regret to confirm that, as developers, we don't handle our users' subscriptions and transactions directly. Apple manages this, so we cannot process refunds on their behalf.
- Access this page
- Sign in with the Apple ID you used to complete the purchase
- Tap I'd like to > Select Request a refund
- Choose the reason why you want a refund > tap Next
- Select the subscription > tap Submit

If you use iOS and started a subscription in-app using an alternative payment method through our web-flow:
To ask for a refund, please contact us and make sure to include the following information in your email, and we’ll be happy to look into this for you:
- A screenshot of the invoice that notified you of the charge
- The email address associated with your account

👉 Google Play Store
If you purchased a plan on the Google Play Store:
- Access this page. Make sure you’re signed in to the Google Play account that’s used to purchase the subscription.
- Follow the instructions listed on the page.
If the Play Store is unable to process your refund, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to look into this for you.
