How can I create an overlay (aka picture-in-picture or layering)?

To add an overlay, sometimes referred to as Picture-in-picture or PiP, follow these steps:

1. Create a project by tapping on New project +
2. Select all clips you wish to use in your project: they'll be added to the main timeline
3. Long press on one of your clips and drag it upwards into the top track on the timeline
4. Once your clip has been overlaid, you can reposition it on the preview screen with a pinching gesture

Pro tips: You can add media to the overlay track directly using the Overlay option found on the main toolbar. You can also use Masks and Chroma Key on your overlaid clips.
