I would like a refund on my refund. I had forfgot to cancelled my subscription I have been sick and it slipped my mind. I can't afford this right now and in need of the money please.

I would like a refund as I only used it a day in the free trial and you have charged me £9.99. I have asked for a refund but have been refused. The App is not suitable for me.
