How do I turn up/down the Music in a section of my clip?

Open your Splice project
On the timeline, move the playhead (yellow vertical line) to the point where you want to start changing the volume
Double-tap on your video or music: a shortcut menu will appear > tap Split
Now move the playhead to the point where you want to end changing the volume > double-tap on your video/music > tap Split
Tap on the fragment you created > tap Volume from the editing toolbar and adjust the volume accordingly
