How do I add a blank frame?

To add a Blank Frame:

1. Open your Splice project
2. Position the playhead (yellow vertical line) to the point where you’d like to insert the blank frame
3. Tap on Media from the main toolbar > select Blank: a blank clip will be added to your timeline
4. On the timeline, tap on the blank frame to change its Color and Background
